With no room for message fatigue, we needed to deliver a head-turning event that would inspire the sales team to approach the market with fresh excitement and energy.

With no room for message fatigue, we needed to deliver a head-turning event that would inspire the sales team to approach the market with fresh excitement and energy.


The TTA Experience

Having identified the perfect venue – the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche – our experienced logistics team worked with our local partners in Paris to develop a range of social programmes including a dinner boat cruise along the river Seine. We managed a delegate-friendly registration through a web-based portal in the run-up.

Our onsite team welcomed delegates with a swift and efficient check-in before a leisurely buffet dinner in the hotel. Bringing the event to life was a 14-metre wide, multi-purpose, bespoke projection screen. This allowed for an impressive use of animated features including presentations, backdrops and video during the meeting, and an immersive moving landscape which set the scene for the gala dinner.


The Outcome

Hot on the heels of a recent product launch product, it was vital that this launch created plenty of buzz to drive sales activity. With active engagement, immersive technology and a range of networking and social events, the audience left educated, inspired and ready to take the new product to market.
