Marketing and Project Assistant
Prior to joining TTA in 2022, my career had a 7-year focus on creative, marketing and design project management within the property industry. I’m now excited to bring this skillset - plus my drive to learn and develop - to my new role in global event delivery for TTA’s great clients. I also have a strong interest in photography/videography and love to capture on film those iconic event moments and the amazing destinations we visit to showcase our craft.
Digital Project Manager
Before joining TTA in 2022, I project managed hybrid and virtual events for a government charity, ranging from large international panels to steering groups. Now part of the TTA team delivering a wide spectrum of global meetings and congresses, I am particularly excited to bring my skills as a creative event management graduate into the project mix along with my positive energy and open mind to the endless possibility of live experience.
Prior to joining TTA in 2023, my career has focused predominantly on delivering global congresses and events for life sciences clients, including advisory boards, investigator meetings and internal training and business events. I also have a strong hospitality background and am excited to bring all these skills into the mix as a project manager in the TTA team. I pride myself in being positive, even during the challenging times of an event, and I am excited to build great relationships with my peers, clients, and their customers to create a lasting impact through successful event delivery.
I head up event services and work with the board to shape our event strategy and ensure best practices are applied company-wide. I’ve loved the sheer variety of projects I’ve run across industry sectors such as food technology and healthcare, and being a speaker of both French and Spanish comes in handy when dealing with our global clients and suppliers. I’m fanatical about building enduring client relationships, and continually refreshing our collective event skills, processes and spirit of innovation – all of which helps to keep TTA at the forefront of global event management.
With project coordination and management experience across a range of sectors, I really enjoy delivering events end-to-end and ensuring that our clients really achieve their key business goals. I have a passion for travel and have spent extended periods of time in Asia and Australasia. A highlight of my career to date was working on property projects in the beautiful reserves in Queenstown, New Zealand.
I combine a background in global PR and communications programmes with a long tenure here at TTA, where I focus on business planning, proposal development and marketing. Our clients deserve the highest quality service, so I work with our in-house teams and partners to ensure we collectively immerse ourselves in our clients’ business, mobilise our best thinking and implement strong, relevant event solutions. I also populate the TTA radar with the latest industry news, developments and thinking, to inform the ongoing development of our services and processes.
Digital Project Assistant
As a Business Management graduate, I’m pleased to be able to put my degree to work in an industry that has so much variety and opportunity. My role as digital project assistant means I am involved in multiple virtual and in-person projects which gives me a great overview and involvement in TTA’s global experience delivery. I enjoy learning every aspect of the event lifecyle from creating the pre event delegate experience to travelling internationally so I can be immersed in the event coming together on site for our clients and their customers.
My interest in the events sector was initially ignited in my previous marketing role and I am now excited to expand my events experience further as a Project Assistant with TTA. I love a challenge always enjoy seeing a project come to life from initial planning stages, through to the onsite experience and follow up. I look forward to combining my passion for travel with my love of delivering the vision of our clients through global event communications.
Senior Project Assistant
I joined TTA armed with 9 years' experience in marketing and events across several sectors including financial services and insurance. My expertise spans a wide variety of projects from roadshows and conferences to exhibitions, incentives, virtual meetings and incentives. Being part of a busy project team delivering global events for leading international companies is exciting and I love applying my skills and experience to delivering customer and internal events that surpass expectations.
Having originally qualified in art, design and media, I broke into event management 20 years ago and have never looked back. Today, as Design Manager at TTA, I combine my creative flair with my domain knowledge of events management to come up with innovative concepts that will wow our clients from idea to execution. I’m also on an ongoing quest to seek out the best partners in the field, and continually benchmark our suppliers for creativity, quality and value.
I bring over 12 years’ experience of understanding the challenges facing our global corporate clients to my role as Account Director at TTA. I have managed a wide variety of global projects from medical congresses to leadership events as part of the TTA team and am passionate about nurturing strong client relationships that underpin exceptional event delivery in partnership. Contributing within a supportive team that looks beyond the obvious to drive innovation for our clients is important to me, and I love that about my role!
As a Project Director at TTA, I have responsibility for supporting client strategy and leading the project management team across a range of TTA clients and events. My experience in the world of events and experiences has been gained over 10 years both agency side and in-house, and has been focused on global project management for pharmaceutical, corporate and financial clients. My broad experience includes a wide range of in-person and virtual events from global medical congresses and HCP events to senior leadership forums, symposia and investor meetings. Creating trusted client relationships is a priority for me and I love to collaborate as part of a multiagency team to deliver complex projects.
Senior Project Manager
Before joining TTA in early 2014, I spent a decade in international TV and media production for organisations like the BBC, Google and the Discovery Channel. The skills and capabilities I cultivated through managing large scale, high-profile projects, talent and crew have been readily transferrable to TTA and the demands of complex global event management. As a Senior Project Manager, I look after a range of international clients from the healthcare and food sectors.
For over 20 years I have been immersed in all that is design across many sectors from technology and healthcare to leisure to not-for-profit associations. My knowledge and skills cover a wide range of areas from print to digital design, and I love being part of the creative process that solves challenges and really adds value to our clients’ business goals. Outside of work I love to bake and walk, and above all have special time with my son, family and friends.
Senior Project Manager
With over 15 years within the events industry, I have managed a broad spectrum of congresses, conferences, road shows and incentives from initial planning stages to onsite delivery. My experience spans several sectors, including healthcare, and I particularly enjoy nurturing long term relationships with great clients and their customers. Travelling to more than 60 countries to create lasting live experiences continues to be a great privilege of my role.
Digital & Sustainability Manager
Since joining the TTA team in 2018 I have enjoyed varied project management and digital roles, and always been active developing the company’s evolving sustainability agenda. I am excited to lead our new vision-to-action sustainability strategy. This seeks to propel meaningful change within our business, our community and through our exceptional client event experiences that strive to leave a minimal footprint and a positive legacy.
I am proud of my 11 action-packed years within the events industry, with the past six focused largely on project directing and managing global healthcare and pharma events. With projects ranging in size from 10 to 1,000 plus participants, I also have broad expertise in the hospitality, sporting and wedding sector. In my experience, creating trusting relationships and building rapport with clients underpins the most successful projects and I really enjoy bringing events to life in partnership in a variety of global destinations.
Since graduating from university with a first class degree in international event management, I have gained strong customer services and events experience with global organisations including Cartier and Walt Disney in the USA. My role as part of the TTA team gives me scope to build on my international corporate background to look for new ways to really engage with audiences to create lasting impact for our global clients.
Associate Creative Director
I have a 15-year background in designing high impact creative solutions for events and experiences and am passionate about creating experiential strategies to drive business change and positively impact performance. My experience includes translating complex client content into simple, key messages that can be conveyed in a way that makes them resonate, and I work alongside TTA’s client service teams throughout the creative process to enhance proposed solutions and support strategic event delivery.
Business Risk Manager
My role covers anything that may adversely affect the reputation, safety or prosperity of TTA. Once a risk is identified, “prevention is better than cure”, so processes and procedures need to be in place to ensure we are prepared to deal with any potential threats. The decade I spent as Account Director, combined with my previous life as a lawyer is brought to bear. My lovely colleagues are always gracious and cooperative at audit time!
Combining thirty years as a lawyer with over a decade as TTA’s General Manager and Managing Director I now oversee all the organisation’s legal and regulatory functions. This includes the provision of accurate and relevant advice to colleagues so it’s important to see things from a commercial and strategic perspective as well as knowing the technical legal position. I’d miss the fun and enjoyment of working here too much to retire.
As TTA operations director, my role is incredibly varied and requires my involvement in many aspects of the business to ensure it runs smoothly. I am also in the forefront of TTA client delivery and my foundation of 27 years’ event, hotel and travel management experience at TTA and other leading industry organisations helps me ask the right questions and advise clients on the event solutions that will deliver the best return on their objectives. I’m fastidious about sourcing venues and suppliers at competitive rates and forging collaborative relationships with global partners.
I am a Business and Events Management graduate who has been fortunate enough to have foothold in two very exciting careers. Previously a professional footballer, my life experiences have seen me through various cultures, values and difficulties, and taught me to have a tenacious approach to life. I have keen interest in travel and aim to bring my positive ideas forward to embark on challenges that encourage me to look beyond the obvious for the TTA team, our clients and our partners.

As a member of the TTA digital team, I support the design and delivery of global client projects across all event formats. I love all things tech from the latest in event management platforms to creating the best virtual and hybrid experiences. With an entrepreneurial background, I have a strong business interest and thrive on exploring new ideas and identifying opportunities for growth.
I bring a combination of fresh perspectives and experience in both event management and marketing to the mix at TTA. My international exposure to major public events, high profile product launches and exclusive private events, complements my role as a Project Director at TTA which is incredibly varied. I greatly enjoy leading and working on all aspects of a project with the TTA team, from conception to completion and value the interaction with clients and colleagues alike, which I believe is key to the effective delivery of events.
Senior Project Manager
Since graduating, my broad events experience has included the delivery of large marketing exhibitions in London, in-house roles with international hotel chains and travelling the globe managing events for life sciences clients. Over the last six years I have developed specialist expertise in the healthcare world of investigator meetings, congresses and customer conferences for leading pharmaceutical companies. Being part of a team that creates a great participant experience is just one of the best feelings and I really can’t imagine enjoying another career more than this.
Although new to the TTA team, I bring over 18 years of finance experience with me to help the financial processes and reporting run smoothly. My role entails the overall day to day accounts processing including Purchase Ledger, Expenses, Payroll, VAT and Sales Invoicing to name a few. I work closely with the Financial Director to help create those all-important Management Accounts and a friendly helping hand is always available to any TTA staff needing guidance. An overall thirst for attention to detail, the need for timely reporting combined with a personable nature help forge my way.

My role is to lead the Production department at TTA, encompassing a range of creative, content, technical and digital management services. I entered the industry following a love of theatre and the stage which has led to working globally for leading brand experience agencies, bringing together the people and resources required for the production for a wide range of conferences, launches, celebrations, exhibitions, consumer experiences and major public events.

As a highly experienced event professional, my portfolio spans multiple sectors including IT, healthcare, government, defence and retail. Being part of a wider team and enjoying the quality outcome of all our hard work gets me up in the morning! I have jointly delivered large-scale award-winning exhibition stands, and led on multiple roadshows, festival installs and outdoor sporting activations. A particular highlight was being lucky enough to work with some of the Lionesses in the lead up to their amazing win in the Euro 2022 tournament!
Working in the events industry for over 10 years has provided many interesting projects and experiences. I enjoy each intricacy an event brings and often compare the elements of an event to a Rubik’s cube - multi-dimensional, a great deal of concentration and attention needed, colourful and a joy when all the pieces come together. I’m delighted to be part of TTA and I look forward to learning and growing with the team.

With over 12 years’ experience as an ambitious and passionate marketing and events professional, I am delighted to continue with my journey of designing and delivering high quality successful projects as a member of the TTA team. I have both an agency and in-house client background and thrive on performing in high pressure environments and overcoming challenges we meet along the way to create exceptional results. As a people person, I look forward to building relationships with TTA’s great clients and encouraging and supporting our team – celebrating performance and having fun!
My role is to lead TTA’s finances and ensure everything runs like clockwork, from sales and purchasing to preparing management and year-end accounts for audit. Internally, my priorities include business and finance planning with the rest of the board, and providing budget training and guidance to account teams. However, our outward-looking approach means I also spend considerable time liaising with clients to ensure our financial systems and processes are efficient and in sync.
As a people-person, I love being at the heart of the TTA team with responsibility for looking after some super clients with diverse event needs. Over my fourteen years with the company, I have worked on a wide range of projects in the UK and overseas and am a vociferous champion of best practice in customer service. Creating a lasting impression is all in the finishing touches, so I love leading and supporting our team on the nitty-gritty aspects of project management that contribute to the bigger picture of event effectiveness.

I have been managing events for medical communications and event agencies for the last 15 years and thrive on delivering the entire lifecycle of these complex projects which include global symposia, standalone events, advisory boards, investigator meetings and virtual conferences. Collaborating and building strong relationships with clients, congress organisers, partners and suppliers to work as one amazing team for successful event delivery, is what drives me each day in this great profession!
With 15 years’ experience at TTA , most recently as Commercial Director with a remit to explore new growth areas for the company, I am passionate about combining new ideas and innovative event solutions with strong relationships to help solve our clients’ business problems. It’s my job to bring insight, energy and positivity to my leadership role at TTA and I strongly believe in developing and encouraging a strong, open culture so our employees can shine in the process of creating team success.
