This biopharmaceutical client wanted to create an immersive and motivational international product launch.
This leading biopharmaceutical company needed to communicate a new product message to an internal audience who had attended a launch event in the same therapy area, only a few months earlier. The key requirements were to provide a unique and energetic environment which would allow delegates to become immersed in both the product information and also the environment set within the space at any one time.
The TTA Experience
It started with an idea……… to do something immersive.
As this internal group of employees had been exposed to a different product launch only a few months earlier, it was important to create motivation and maintain energy in this educational and where appropriate, training session which was to run over 2.5 days. TTA provided the perfect venue in the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche, after carefully considering all other options. The strong and experienced logistics team worked with our local partners in Paris to deliver a range of social programmes including a dinner boat cruise along the River Seine.
The team managed a delegate friendly web based registration site in the run up to the meeting and on site the TTA team welcomed delegates with a swift and efficient check in and registration before they enjoyed a leisurely buffet dinner within the hotel. Bringing the event to life, was the inclusion of a 14-metre-wide multi-purpose bespoke projection screen which allowed for an impressive use of animated features including presentations, backdrops and video during the meeting and an immersive moving landscape which set the scene for the gala dinner.
Having launched another product only a few months prior it was essential that this launch created motivation, excitement and energy to ensure the new products sales path could be equally efficient. With active engagement, immersive technology and a range of networking and social events, the audience were engaged, educated and left the event with enthusiasm and drive to take the new product to market.
