Our Quality Policy is to drive, and support our Vision, Ethos, Strategic Pillars, and Foundations, which are set out below, through the excellence of our Quality Management System (QMS) and we will:
Fully comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and pursue continual improvement in the effectiveness of our QMS
Ensure that this policy and our QMS is communicated to, understood by, and applied by all colleagues
Ensure that this policy is made available to relevant interested parties as appropriate
Set annual Quality Objectives that support this policy, which are communicated to all colleagues, and which are reviewed and updated periodically throughout the year
Review this policy periodically to ensure its ongoing suitability
